Could I upgrade to Pro Tools 9 from Pro Tools 5 ?

Hello, I am a Commercial Producer from a radio station in Taiwan, We have a Digi 001 hardware and Pro Tools 5.1, could we upgrade to Pro Tools 9 and just pay for the upgrade but not to buy the whole new Pro Tools 9? (if we could get a latest hardware and latest Mac OS to use the Pro Tools 9.) Thanks a lot! ---Ryan Yang

The 001 does not qualify for the cross grade to 9. If you are planning to buy new AVID hardware- you would qualify for the cross grade.

If I have a Digi002 with Pro Tools 5.1, Could I upgrade to Pro Tools 9? Or what version could I upgrade to at most? Pro Tools 8? By the way, Could I upgrade 5.1 to 7 or 8? Thanks a lot!
